industry salary increases

I work for a notoriously cheap BIG ad agency. When it comes to fringe benefits, raises or bonuses they miss the mark. I can't see them changing "the way they do business" just because the "industry" is changing. People are always clammering to get a job here because of the big name.
I won't hold my breath...
